Cederquist represents Nordic Capital Fund VI

Cederquist represents Nordic Capital Fund VII in its acquisition of leading Nordic home shopping companies, Ellos and Jotex, from Redcats, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the French company PPR.

 A share purchase agreement was signed on February 22, 2013. The acquisition is subject to approval by relevant competition authorities.

The Cederquist team was led by M&A partner, Martin Ulfson, assisted by Pontus Röckert (M&A), Jimmy Gärd (M&A), Mattias Larsson (Finance), with support from other specialists and associates.
