Cederquist represents Nordic Capital in connection with the sale of and reinvestment in Max Matthiessen

Cederquist advises Nordic Capital in connection with Nordic Capital entering into an agreement for the sale of Max Matthiessen to Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan. Nordic Capital will reinvest jointly together with Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan in connection to the closing of the transaction.
