Cederquist represents Norvestor Equity in connection with its acquisition of BST Group Nordic AB with subsidiaries

BST Group is a market leading full-service provider of active fire protection services providing services within project planning, installation and service and maintenance of fire protection systems. BST Group was founded in 2012 and has approximately 430 employees with annual pro forma revenues of approximately SEK 900 million.

Cederquist team consisted primarily of Maja Wettergren, Viktor Eriksson, Adam Blücher, Johanna Wigfeldt and Sofia Sallnäs (M&A), Per Henriksson (Banking and Finance) and Fredrik Lindblom and Angelo Skog (Competition) with the support of other specialist groups engaged in the transaction.
