Cederquist represents Parks & Resorts in connection with AMF’s investment in Parks & Resorts

Parks and Resorts is the leading amusement park group in Scandinavia. Parks and Resorts owns and operates some of the most popular theme parks in Sweden: Gröna Lund, Kolmården (the largest zoo in Scandinavia), Skara Sommarland (water park and amusement park), and Furuvik (wildlife park and
amusement park). Parks and Resorts welcome three million visitors annually and has a yearly turnover of SEK 1.6 billion.

AMF subscribed for newly issued ordinary shares corresponding to an ownership of around 19 percent of Parks and Resorts. AMF has owned preference shares in Parks and Resorts since 2020.
