Cederquist has represented Polaris Private Equity in connection with the acquisition of a majority of the shares in Stronger.

Stronger is an e-commerce company selling sportswear to women and is operational in over 120 countries. The company was established in 2013 and has around 50 employees and a turnover of approximately MSEK 308 for financial year 2020.

Cederquist team was led by Lars Bärnheim, partner within M&A, together with primarily the associates Viktor Eriksson and Artemis Rahimian with the support of other specialist groups engaged in the transaction.
