Cederquist represents Qliro Group in its divestment of Lekmer to Babyshop

Cederquist has represented Qliro Group AB (publ) in its divestment of Lekmer AB and Scandinavian Kids Group AB.

The Cederquist team consisted of Lars Bärnheim, Tone Myhre-Jensen, Magnus Staaf, Sebastian Rosvall and Viktor Eriksson. On 25 April 2017, Qliro Group announced that the company had entered an agreement to sell its subsidiary Lekmer to Babyshop. The transaction has now been completed.
