Cederquist represents Two Circles in connection with the acquisition of Spring Media

Cederquist has represented Two Circles, a data-driven sports and entertainment business, in connection with the acquisition of Spring Media Group. The acquisition adds new products and solutions to Two Circles’ market-leading fan-marketing services, including services and products relating to media rights, live production and streaming.

Two Circles was represented by Latham & Watkins as global lead counsel, and Cederquist, as local counsel in relation to Swedish law matters. Cederquist’s team was led by Martin Ulfson and Jonas Forsén (partners, M&A), William Wall (senior associate, M&A) as well as associates Alexander Becker and Matilda Eriksson (M&A) together with several other associates and specialists.
