Cederquist’s EU and Competition Law team has contributed, as national experts, with the chapter on the Swedish regulatory framework regarding abuse of dominance, for the international legal publication Getting the Deal Through

The chapter includes inter alia a background about the Swedish regulatory framework for abuse of dominance and addresses the most relevant questions on market power. Getting the Deal Through provides international expert analyses in key areas of law, practice and regulation for corporate counsels, cross-border legal practitioners and company directors and officers. The experts from Cederquist contributing to the chapter are partner Fredrik Lindblom and associate Sanna Widén (EU & Competition Law) and their former colleague Kristoffer Molin.
