Our Private Equity-team includes some of Sweden’s leading specialists. The team is comprised of experienced M&A-lawyers, supported by specialists used to assisting Private Equity sponsors with their special requirements and focus. In addition to the core M&A-lawyers, the Private Equity-team also includes leading lawyers in finance, competition law and financial regulatory, and further draw upon the firm’s specialists for other areas of law, as needed.

Over the past years, our team has assisted sponsors in more transactions per partner than any other firm in Sweden. We work on a regular basis with a number of sponsors, from domestic mid-cap sponsors to international large-cap funds.  

We assist clients on every aspect through the entire deal-cycle, from platform acquisitions, add-on acquisitions, recapitalizations and incentive programs through dispositions and exits. Over the past years, we have had the privilege to assist clients in most types of industries, including a large number of transactions in regulated areas, such as financial services, insurance, infrastructure and welfare, often times where the advice is tested and new ground has been broken.
